Is the hotel accessible to people with limited mobility?
No, the hotel is not accessible to guests with limited mobility. It does not have an elevator, which is something to keep in mind before making your reservation. If you have any questions about the layout of the hotel, please contact the hotel directly.
Do you have a private garage?
Yes, the hotel offers a private parking garage for a fee of 6€ per day. This is a convenient way to park your vehicle with peace of mind during your stay in Annecy. Since spaces are limited, we recommend checking availability when you make your reservation. Parking spaces are also available for 3.90€ per day.
What are the check-in, check-out, and reception hours?
Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m., and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. The front desk is open 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., except on Sundays, when it is closed from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive late, please notify the hotel in advance.
What are the breakfast hours?
The breakfast buffet is served on weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, it is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. It’s the perfect way to start your day before setting out to explore Annecy and the surrounding area.
Are pets allowed?
