HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Article 1 – Purpose
The purpose of these house rules is to define the terms and conditions of stay at the facility and to ensure the comfort, safety, and peace and quiet of all guests.
Article 2 – Admission Requirements
Access to the hotel is restricted to guests who have officially checked in at the front desk.
Article 3 – Hours of Operation
- Check-in: starting at 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out: by 10 a.m.
Article 4 – Use of Rooms
The rooms are provided for strictly private and temporary use. The following are prohibited:
- To take in undocumented individuals
- To engage in any commercial or illegal activity there
- Moving furniture without permission
Article 5 – Nuisances and Respect for Neighbors
Guests agree to maintain quiet in the facility, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Noise disturbances are prohibited.
Article 6 – Prohibitions
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Smoking in guest rooms and common areas
- To introduce illegal or hazardous substances
- Using dangerous, non-compliant devices
Article 7 – Animals
Pets are allowed on the premises. If permitted, they must be kept on a leash and must not cause a disturbance.
Article 8 – Liability
The hotel assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings in guest rooms or common areas.
Article 9 – Damage
Any damage, whether intentional or accidental, will be billed to the customer responsible.
Article 10 – Safety
Guests must follow the safety guidelines posted on the premises. In case of an emergency, notify the front desk immediately. (29 from your room phone).
Article 11 – Failure to Comply with the Rules
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the customer’s immediate removal from the premises, without a refund.
Article 12 – Acceptance of the Rules
Any reservation or occupancy of a room implies unconditional acceptance of these house rules.

Free cancellation before a certain deadline
For any cancellation made 2 days or less before the arrival date, 1 night(s) will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, the amount charged will be 100%
